I got a real letter from one of my very favorite authors. Really, I did. I couldn't believe it. I wrote to her to tell her how her book "Feather's From my Nest" has been so helpful to me. If you don't know, she had a little boy in her home for seven years (SEVEN YEARS) who went home to live with his birth family. She writes some about it in this book.
I have so much to say about this book, but I will do that some other day. Today I am just so surprised that she actually took the time to write me back. Her words were so encouraging and I have stuck the scripture deep in my brain and in my heart as a reminder of God's faithfulness and the hope we have in him.

Wow! I know who you are talking about and that is REALLY exciting! =) Also saw you have a conference coming up with friends! I'm sure there will be emotional moments, but I also know God will minister to you where YOU are right now! Have fun!
