We are enjoying fall! Our yard is full of beautiful leaves and we love driving through our neighborhood and seeing all the beautiful colors! It is really gorgeous right now. Lots going on lately and I can't seem to get a post written.
and yes, this is apparently my "Meet my NIECES outfit". I hadn't planned on wearing the same thing, but then I arrived and it was so cold in St. Louis I decided to wear it again! Could we all just live in the same state, please?!
Our second niece, Allison Leigh (Allie) was born late Wednesday night. The kids and I went for a quick visit after school on Thursday. We enjoyed meeting little Allie and holding her. She's a sweet, sweet baby girl and we already love her so much.
Sweet little Holly Anne arrived this morning and we are all so excited! She is adorable and I can't wait to hold her. I am flying out to see her Thursday morning and I can hardly wait. Jeremy has worked his butt off the last couple of days making this happen for me. He went somewhere yesterday (can't even remember where!) and Indiana today and Kentucky tomorrow!! Then, he has the children for 3 days all by himself. I know they will have a great time and I am going to try to not miss them too much so I can enjoy this time with my brother, sister-in-law and Holly. To say that I am excited to have a new little one to love would be a big understatement. AND, in no time at all there will be two sweet girls to love and spoil!
I am doing what I always wanted to do raising my three bio kids and loving on a precious foster baby boy!! My husband works hard so I can do what I do and I love him for it! We love Jesus. We love our family. We hope that our family will encourage yours to figure out how you can help orphans. It has been a huge blessing in our lives...even on the hard days!
